I attended school at Towson University with a Bachelors in Criminal Justice. My experience at my office taught me how to provide the right protection for our customers, ranging from auto insurance, homeowner’s insurance, renter’s insurance, condo insurance, life insurance, boat insurance, motorcycle insurance, rv insurance, business insurance and financial services. Before opening Scott Covington State Farm, I worked in claims for State Farm Corporate which then led me to opening my own agency.

I love to spend time outdoors in Beltsville, Maryland. I enjoy living in Elkridge, my wife who homeschools our children and I have five kids who keep us very busy but I wouldn’t have it any other way! We serve our community as a family by serving our local Church. I recently graduated with my bachelor's in Theology and became an Ordained Minister. I still like to keep up with and support our local sports teams such as Calverton and Burtonsville.

My State Farm Insurance office is in Beltsville, MD. We opened our doors in May of 2001. I feel blessed to be in Beltsville, which is such a welcoming community. I really enjoy prince George’s County and plan to take advantage of everything it has to offer.
